Legislation and Policy Committee and the Cross Border M&A Task
Force,
Expatriation Tax Task Force, International Reporting Requirements Task
Force
and the Form 5471 Task Force. He also served on the AICPA Strategic
Planning
Task Force. He provides local and international tax planning and tax
return
preparation services for US citizens, expatriates, aliens (non US
citizens),
and businesses. He consults on structuring local and international
transactions
to ensure proper compliance with tax statutes. He lectures on
international
issues on radio in Monte Carlo
and New York
and at conferences and seminars in France, Washington, DC,
and New York, NY.
Mr. Sullivan, a member of the U.S.A.
branch of the International Fiscal Association and an associate member
of the
American Bar Association, resides in the New York City Metro area. |
