Liz Flores, CPA/PFS is one of only two CPAs in California that hold the designation Accredited Investment Fiduciary Auditor (AIFA®).  She also is a Registered Investment Advisor.  She is a member of the Overseas Oversight Group, LLC, a company that provides protector services for overseas trust, joint ventures, LLCs and foreign corporations.  Ms. Flores is the Chair of the CalCPA Silicon Valley/San Jose Chapter’s Personal Financial Planning Group.  She has published articles about Investment Fiduciaries and Trustee Fiduciaries in the California CPA Journal and the United Kingdom Journal of Trusts and Trustees.  Ms. Flores is located in Scotts Valley, California.
